Visit the Heard-Craig
TOURS: The Heard-Craig Center for the Arts is open for GUIDED TOURS:
Our Historic Museum Tour is $10 (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM). No reservation is necessary, but it's appreciated. Tours can be booked by appointment for Saturdays and Sundays.
Our Speciality Tours (Chinese New Year Tour, Mardi Gras Tour, and more) ($15) are highlighted during the month offered.
Group Tours (over 6 people)can be scheduled to meet your needs. We are a beautiful museum venue for women's groups, girl scout troops, travel clubs, McKinney visitors, antique clubs, church groups, Red Hat groups, and more.
We have a Top-Rated Non-Profit designation.
SPEAKERS: If you need a Speaker for a meeting or event, call us.
We have a Virtual Tour of the Historic Museum that we can bring to your location. We can also customize a speaking event for your group.

The Heard-Craig Center provides Membership benefits for various levels of Patrons and Supporters. Your investment in the Heard-Craig provides you with several benefits, including educational programming through the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition service. This membership is the most beneficial for those who will be making McKinney their home for ten years or more. The investment is $1,000 and includes free tours for a lifetime, 10 one-time guest passes (a $100 value), all Heritage programs, 2 tea and conversation tickets, all Gallery Openings and Reception invitations, 2 Membership/Parking passes, 10% off the Gift Shop, the Quarterly Newsletter, and 20% off Carriage House and Garden Rental fees.

This membership level provides discounted tours, free parking, and the Quarterly newsletter for educational programming and special exhibit notification. The membership is beneficial to artists for the notifcations about the annual art challenges.

This membership level is for art students who have school assignments related to art and art museum tours. The membership allows for free guided tours specifically geared toward the student's assignment. The membership also provides the Quarterly Newsletter of exhibits and gallery openings and art challenges.
