Imagine losing something important only to have it re-surface after 54 years. That's what happened at the Heard-Craig Center in early April, 2025 when Corrie Carrasco accidentally found the architectural drawings to the Heard-Craig House in a Christmas auction basket. WFAA spent some time interviewing Corrie and me about the discovery. Click below to hear the story from WFAA:

The Heard-Craig sends its thanks and appreciation to Ms. Carrasco for her generosity in donating the architectural plans back to the Center. She is a model of kindness.
To take a tour of the Center, to see the current gallery exhibit, to schedule a group luncheon in the museum, or to see the original architectural plans, contact the Heard-Craig at 972-569-6909.
